D-70 is a rear that is used for some off-roaders and some diesel trucks use it for pulling and drag race.
Most of the older winns are like a CC truck today, what powered the winns ?

So it is a gm chassis then so it may be the same as the 1 ton truck set ups for that time

Default dana 70

the motorhome version of a dana 70 built in 1973 is most likely the early h.d. or b model. it should have a 2 piece diff case that bolts together and kinda looks like a detroit locker. and it would use a gear set with the .625" offset and the parts don,t fit anything newer. that being said, scrap it and run away.

Look for a metal scrap recycler that pays and take it to them. I scrapped a couple of them last week and received a whopping 80 smackers. Beats just throwing them away.
