valvoline limited slip gear oil question.
Went in advance to get some rearend fluid for the Z28. The guy behind the counter gave me the valvoline 80w 90w high performance which had limited slip written on the front of the bottles. So i assumed I didnt need the gm limited slip additive. Got home changed the fluid and took it for a drive. Noticed she was doing alot of spinning more than usual. So i turn the car around to see if both wheels were pulling....you guessed it, only one damn wheel pulling. My question is can i leave the fluid thats already in there and just add a bottle of the gm limited slip additive, or should i get the regular valvoline fluid??? Also I have the eaton limited slip unit instead of the auburn thats listed in my sig.
