Default Brake Lines after Moser 9" install
Is it ok to just use zip ties to mount the brake lines and the brake line center mount to the Moser 9" or is there another method?

That will be fine. As long as they are secure and not flopping around they will be fine. Make sure they can't be damaged from the suspension moving up and down or the wheels turning.
