Default best gears and place to buy them?

I'm going to be replacing the gears in my 98 TA in a few weeks and I'm curious to know what brand I should buy and what to stay away from? also, where is the best place to buy them? Thanks guys

I would go with nothing but oem style gears from AAM if you are gonna keep the stock 10 bolt in the car. any other gear will be harder to set up and most likely be noisy. strength is not an issue with any gear for a 10 bolt(the entire rearend is weak) so you may as well invest in least amount of noise. Pm or call us and we can get you setup with a the parts you will need.

Check out my plight, my AAM 3:73 is on the way. Tried the Motive 3:90, can't take the noise and it was set up to spec! There are others with the same issues, some get lucky. Jaws Gear has been very helpful (Jeff), I would check them out. Les>>>

I agree with ssvert99. I chose not to go that route and I bought Motive gears and I guess im one of the lucky ones cause mine doesnt make any noise at all. Those guys at midwest know what they're talkin about.
