9 inch rearends are the most popular due to the fact that good power is pretty easy to come by with these cars, and the 12 bolt is known to have issues after installed and beat on a little bit. there's not a big cost difference between the two if you start comparing apples to apples. there also is the Strange S60, which is a great bolt-in rearend and much stronger than the 12 bolts, and even a bit less cost. Strange and Mose both offer 12 bolt rearends for the f-body, but do some research and you will find enough info to make a good choice. one of them is known to have serious issues. if you want better tech info from people with experience, feel free to call us and we will give it to you straight up with no sales bs.

sounds good guys, i just had a really nice center section to throw in the 12bolt which was leaning me towards the 12bolts.
