Default Yukon Grizzly locker or wavetrac?

So I`m debating on what differential I should get a Yukon Grizzly Locker or??? I hear wavetrac is awesome but i`m not sure on what the reviews are and if there is any noise.... I have a 2002 WS6 TA M6, opinions? Its going in a Ford 9"

Thanks

The locker itself is a beast of a diff but it can be a bear to drive especially with a 6-speed, by far peoples last choice when wanting a differential for handling. To give an example, when we were changing things around on one of our personally owned daily driven shop cars, he said he would rather go back to street driving with a spool this time than run another Detroit locker with a 6-speed.

The Wavetrac track is nice but it's initial cost is hard to swallow, especially when you are buying a completely new rear end. There is always other options based on what you are trying to accomplish and how much HP you make. You can push our billet clutch posi a long way if you are not using it in a drag racing application even with some decent amount of HP. It will hold up to drag racing abuse as well, so don't feel it will not but like everything it does have it's limits.

The Wavetrac is what I would go with for road racing, you won't even know that it is back there. Silent and smooth. Bob

The True-trac is very popular for what you are doing as well.
