Default Another 9 inch gear question

Hey guys, I just bought a used moser 9''. It came with 4.56 gears and a locker.
I was wanting to put some 3.90 or 4.10s in it because I have an automatic. I am new to 9 inch rear ends and my question is do I need a specific type of gear or are they all the same? I know in other rear ends you need a certain type depending on the carrier but I'm not to sure about these. Also would anybody know where to buy a decent gear and bearing set? Thanks Adam.

I would assume that the ring gear and pinion will work with any posi set up. Have your center section taken to a professional shop that can do gears in a 9", a lot of off road places are usually good at doing gear swaps. I don't see why you would have an issue. I heard a good overall gear for an auto is 3.73's

Great thanks, I talked to the shop that rebuilds our manual trannys at work and they said they could do it no problem. I did want to do it myself because I have built a lot of diffs at work, but I've never done a 9'' so I'll let them do it.
