I have a similar question.. Do you need a new ds if you get a Moser 9" or can you use the standard length ds?

I know on the moser it requires a different shaft length, think it is shorter.

There is enough variation from car to car that it's best for you to have trans & rear installed and to measure it. Denny's insisted I measure and when i got the d/s it was a perfect fit. that said, i might have my dimesnion sheet around yet, I'll take a look for it.

OK, found it. I used diagram "B" on denny's site (dennysdriveshaft.com) for my measurements. length #6 from trans case to flat surface on pinion yoke.

mine measured out at 44" exactly. YMMV. M6 & Strange.

Oh. Doni't know if the 1350 yoke is dimensionally same as 1310...that could be an issue.

mine has 1350's at both ends.

Exactly the same dimension I go with M6 and Strange using the Denny's diagram B. Length ended up same as stock.

While I was waiting for my driveshaft to arrive I used the stock driveshaft with the Strange and it fit perfectly. I also took some pics of the OEM side by side with a Denny's Nitrous Ready shaft and a Denny's MMC (3.5" Aluminum) shaft and can email them if anyone's interested.
