Default Ratech solid pinion spacer and shim kit.

I'm going to have motive 4.10's installed soon as well as a t/a cover and stud kit on my 6spd t/a. I'm wondering if it's a good idea to get the ratech solid pinion spacer and shim kit instead of going with a cush sleeve? Opinions please!

My buddy helped me through my install (which was identical for what parts you listed), and is very experienced with the 10 bolts and suggests it's money well spent.
Got it at summit for $15 (+ $8 shipping grrrr...)

fwiw, I got the complete kit (except the spacer) from Thunder Racing
also, recheck your bolts on that t/a cover from time to time!

Question

ttt

How did it work out?

I'm in the middle of adding 4.10's and just picked up a solid sleeve from my local speed shop (along with an extra crush collar in case I f#ck it up)....

Which one should I go with?
