Default New 9" now have Service vehicle light and Brake light always on... help

So I had a new 9" put in my vehicle, used an SJM abs delete kit as well. Everything is working perfect except I now have the E-Brake light always on and the Service vehicle light is always on... Anyone know why? The ABS light is on and I understand why but the other two? Anyone have theses issues? Anyone resolve These issues? Please let me know, thanks!

There is a sticky that tells you how to short them out with a wire jumper.

I think that only works for '98s...it didn't work on my '02. I used electrical tape over the back of the gauge overlays to get rid of the idiot lights.
