01 formula a4 broke rear u joint last night when I hit it from a 70-115 it broke on me..is it worth repairing it or is it time for new driveshaft..it's the stock aluminum one my mods r 4k stall long tubes ory with bullet to dump tubular trailing arms and panhard bar lid Maf

Future mods I no I will need a stronger driveshaft but for now with my mods is what I want to no

you can get a steel driveshaft from some a4 camaro's and trans am, the ones that came with a factory 2.xx rear gear ratio will have a steel driveshaft.
