Default 8.8 conversion axles !

does anyone know what axles to get for a 8.8 fbody conversion ? I broke one yesterday at the track and need one.

Lots of variables because no two 8.8 conversions are the same

What did you do for the conversion?

bought it off here its just an 8.8 center with fbody tubes.axle is 31 spline but has ford threads want to go back to fbody 12mm studs.

are you using f-body or mustang brakes?

if you call moser or strange and tell them you have stock f-body length axles with f-body ends on the wheel side with 8.8 ends on the diff. side(if it makes a difference) they should be able to make you whatever you need.

^ They're probably still going to ask you to measure everything. I'm sure they wouldn't want to just guess on making a set of axles and then ship them to you with the idea that they may work.

true. you could always call and ask the guy you bought the rear from. or use your good axle for reference on any questions the manufactorer has.

Well i got everything apart and its the spider gear that broke 3 teeth off
