Default Just installed burkart fab 9 (now with pics)

Well finally got the rear installed last week. Did it at a buddy of mines shop on a lift to make it easier. I ordered it as a stock width housing with all options during the sale earlier this year. Got axles and swaybar brackets also. I recieved a nodular 3 rd member with locker and 3.90's all set up. I ended up getting a strange aluminum daytona support with install kit for extra Insurance. It also had a 1310 u joint pinion yoke that was unusually long and couldn't use the strange moly ds i bought but was able to use the stocker until I got a strange 1350 yoke. I put the lcas at the bottom hole and shocks in the center hole using the stock bilsteins. It had a hotchkiss sway bar so I used 1 inch box tubing for a spacer I cut down and drilled and painted. I centered the rear and set pinion angle. Used factory brakes and factory zr1 wheels. This housing is unbelievably well built and worth the wait. I plan on going to a posi style center, the locker is annoying with 6spd when locking and unlocking Everytime I shift. Other than that all is normal. I need to get the install height of the shocks and check them. Can't wait to get it to the track with some Dr's. I plan on getting some front end products in the future from burkart, couldn't be happier and customer support is great. I'd upload pics but not shure how, they are on my Android. Oh and I have boxed slp lcas with polys, moly adjustable bmr ta and phb with trans relocation bracket.

I wanted to go with a locker but everyone says its not a good combo with an M6 so I went clutch posi as the MWC guys said good things about it. Not really hating on it yet. Time will tell how it holds up.

I think a clutch posi works very well with a street car. Depends on tha application for what diff, But between a locker and spool, spool all the way.
