10 bolt shake?

10 bolt shake? My car has a slight shake to it around 75-80. Not major, but def noticeable. I took the tire to be road force balanced and they were good. My 10 bolt wines horribly so I'm wondering if it could be causing the shake as well. My only doubt is I'd think if it was it would shake all the time.
