Default needing info on 10 bolt in my 98 trans am

The rear end on my 98 Trans Am's part number is 28041414. I want to know if this is the rear end that would have came in my 98. I can only spin one wheel in a burn out but I figured my car should have a POSI unit but didn't know if maybe the clutches were weak so somebody let me know please! Thanks.
