hey guys! i just want to know if i need a shoter driveshaft and different u-joints for my 12 bolt?
I want to make shure i have the right stuff before before installing the rear end in my 94 trans am.

The driveshaft length for the 12 bolt is the same as the 10 bolt. U joint pn# will depend on if the 12 bolt has a 1350 yoke or one that is smaller. Napa 447 is the conversion u joint for the stock driveshaft to the 1350 yoke. Bob

Thanks BOb for the info. Is it true that I have to cut my drive shaft
about an inch if I have billet joke?

You're welcome. Hard to say on the billet yoke, the best thing to do is to get a measurement once the rear is in the car. The "x" dimension found at this link is 44.25" for 10 bolt and 12 bolt driveshafts. http://shop.brutespeed.com/PST-DRA35...-PST-DRA35.htm Bob
