rear end about to blow up?

rear end about to blow up? doesnt make much noise (that i can hear over my exhaust anyway) no clunking when turning or anything, still have the 3.43s in her until the end of next week when shes gettign the 4.10s in.
i punched it on the highway the other day, going uphill, was doing around 100mph, and afterwards realized i was feeling and hearing a vibration, now, i have 2 turn downs under my car just behind my seats with cats only, so is it my rear end that is about to blow up or is it my exhaust just being extra bad *** that it vibrates my car like that? if i recall correctly it felt like i was on a rumble strip on the side of the highway or something...

No way to tell without seeing the car in person. Jack it up and check the exhaust out. Could be a lotta things. Bent axle, tires out of balance, something smacked the driveshaft..... Trans mount broken. Gotta get under there and check it out.
