Default Questions about changing oil in moser 9"

Hey guys I have a few questions about changing the oil in a used moser 9" I picked up a while back. First of all I can see what I think is the fill plug under the torque arm mount. Is there any trick to unscrewing it? It seems hard to get to. Secondly, is it possible I don't have a drain plug? I cannot find any bolts or plugs near the bottom to let fluid out. So how do I get the fluid out? Thanks in advance.

Its probably a hex allen head or a 3/8" plug. Shine a light and see and use a socket wrench with extension if 3/8" or an allen wrench and a adjustable wrench if its tight. Mine does not have a drain plug as well, it was an option I wish the previous owner had gotten. Use a hand pump and suck the fluid out and refill.
