Default 4:10 Gears or LS6 Intake???

Which would be better to get? All I lack of being a full bolt on car is the ls6 intake. And I know that would make it run a little better. But I believe the 4:10's would help out a lot more for what I'm looking for. I dont go to the track but I want a harder pull. I raced a 2010 m6 SS 20-100 and it was dead even. I need more haha

4.10's would be a better gain as far as what you would feel, but obviously they don't add hp. The only downside is that unless you are installing them yourself, they will be more expensive than the intake and in the end your just throwing your money into something that will eventually fail. They are fun though while your 10 bolt is alive.

I would be installing them myself so itd be about the same price. But like you said it sucks that the 10 bolt will eventually explode.

I would've went with my 3.73s over the ls6, but then again I had 2.73s(suck *** gears). Since you probably have 3.23s I'd keep them and finish your exhaust. An ls6 will give you a nice gain in hp, especially since your running headers/duals. I did headers/tsp duals/ls6 all at once...and man what a diffference.

I'd do intake first, save up for 9 inch later unless you get a 10 bolt with 4.10s for cheap like I did.

I wouldn't and avoided spending any money on the stock 10 bolt. Mine luckily never broke but i've seen enough failures to know they are junk. My vote goes to the ls6

ls6 intake....4.10 on a 10 bolt are weak, the ring teeth are too thin
