Default Rebuilt axle with posi now have vibration

I just had my axle rebuilt for my 69 Camaro with an ls1 ang t56. It previously had 2.73 gears, it is now rebuilt with an auburn posi and 3.90 gears. The problem is at 65 I get a vibration when I push in the clutch. This happens with the car in or out of gear. If I put the car in neutral I get the vibration and it doesn't matter if the clutch is in or out. If I coast down from 70 with the car in gear and the clutch pedal out I getno vibration.

The only time the vibration happens is at high speed coasting. The lower gears might have made the problem more apparent. The output shaft is at 3.7 degrees down and the pinion is at 2.7 degrees up. The driveshaft is new. I am thinking it might be a worn tail shaft bushing? Maybe the driveline is too short and not slipping into the trans enough? Anyone know how far the yoke needs to slip into the trans?
