Default Oil on bottom of rear - Should I be scared

Guys,

So I looked at a formula last week that had gear oil on the bottom of the diff. I dont know exactly where it was coming from (the car has sportlines on it) but if you touch the bottom point you got a drip.

Ive seen this on a few other F-bods - what causes it and is it a sign that the 10 bolt is in bad shape?

sounds like a leaking pinion seal... just about all of these cars have leaking pinion seals. Doesn't really hurt anything as long as you're not getting a puddle on the ground. Just be sure that you're checking the rear fluid every few months to make sure it doesn't need to be topped off.
