Default Replacing rear axle bearings and seals Problem

Already done the driver rear new bearing and seal with no problems. Passenger side, I can't get the metal clip off the end of the axle so it will slide out. Tried jacking that side at the axle to raise it, with no luck. Tried little magnets, little screwdrivers, but it's like the axle isn't far enough in, but it won't go in any further. Any help is appreciated! Thanks

Nevermind! I just got it done. Had to pry against the end of the axle shaft.

Thanks, but that wasn't the problem. The axle only goes so far and then it rest against 4 bolt heads, on the other side behind the brake pad. You can push, or hit, then it hits those bolts. Just glad it's done. Thanks again
