Default MWC fab 9" ??'s

i have a MWC fab 9" that came with my car. its supposed to be narrowed 3" on each side??
few questions, do i measure from backing plate to backing plate to find the measurement??
also if it is indeed narrowed 3" on each side what backspacing is used on a
15x10 wheel??

Yes backing plate to backing plate and you would need a 15x10 with a 4.5" BS rim.

Stock width at the axle flanges is 64 3/4", not including the rotors, and normally uses a 15x10 w/ 7.5 backspace.
