Default Strange Engineering Rear End Whining / Rubbing Sound

I replaced the blown seals and bearings in my Strange 12-bolt before this winter. However, now there is a whine/rubbing noise that I hear when I go around turns? It kinda sounds like the rubber from the tire is rubbing the fender, but this is not the problem, just what it sounds like.
Anyone have any ideas on what this could be? Maybe a bad bearing?

is the rearend properly centered? is the tq arm pinion angle correct?

if you have adjustable LCA's are both sides even?

Those are things I'd check before digging back into the rear itself.

The rear end is centered. I have a stock Torque arm, so I don't know if I can adjust the pinion angle. Don't have adjustable LCA's, solid boxed ones. I know that my panhard bar needs to be replaced, I have an adjustable BMR, and the threads stripped, so I had one end of the bar welded just to hold from moving. This might be causing some problmes. Thanks for the reply. I'm going to try and look under the rear this weekend and see what I can do.
