Default Complete 4 channel to 3 channel conversion?

I need a new rearend but can't swing a 12 bolt or 9 in right now. My car is a 4 channel and a 3.42 4 channel is tough to find. I did come across a low mile 02 SS that a guy is parting but its a 3 channel car. If I was to convert my car to a 3 channel system... what is the complete list of parts I would need?

Rearend of course
ABS block in the engine bay
ABS module/computer... where's it located?
throttle cables

Am I missing anything?

No need to convert the entire system !!!
The backing plates and axles from your 4 channel rear put on that 3 channel rearend will convert it to a 4 channel rearend.

My axles are ruined too so I basically have to find a used rear. I could rebuild mine but it's not worth half the cost in parts alone.
