Default S-Trac wondering about drive and coast pattern

I just received my 9" Pro Nodular S-Trac from Strange. I was wondering if the patterns are a go because if I remember it correctly isn't the patterns for both drive and coast supposed to be dead center? Sorry for the huge pictures.

Pattern looks too high on the tooth to me. Reduce the pinion support shim thickness.
