A4 or M6 trans? There is no corporate 10 bolt from Gm that will bolt into your car due to the torque arm mount.

A 9" ford style rearend will always be a good choice, but can get costly. You may also consider a S60 or 12 bolt rear from Strange that is full aftermarket and designed to be a direct bolt-in.

Ok then... How did they mount a torque arm to a G-body rearend that uses triangulated 4-link suspension?

A set of 31 spline axles and a clutch type posi or a Truetrac diff unit will be good choices for the power you expect to make and the 4L80 trans combo in a street driven car.
