Default Posi or Spool with 8.8"? what about a locker?

i'll be getting an 8.8" rear end built soon. i was just wondering if i should go with a spool or just stay with an eaton or auburn posi?
the car will be a daily driver for the next 6 months, after that it will be driven one or two times a week.

so, what would you guys sugest, spool, posi, or maybe a locker?
and what drive shaft should i get, the dennys nitrous ready driveshaft?

please let me know asap, as i need to get it done soon
thanks

Default

my car is a daily driver and i'm getting a spool in my 8.8. my car has 100k miles and i'm not parkin it anytime soon. With a spool you'll never have to worry about your diff burning up, the clutches wearing out or doing a one wheel wonder during your burn out.

Oh and Craig can hook you up with a nitrous ready DS just like the Denny's one for $275.

I suggest a T2R diff for the 8.8" ... goes for $500 I think.

Default Eaton or Spool

I would get the Eaton posi, they are very strong and are rebuildable. Plus they are still very streetable, there have been a many GNs that have gone in the 9s with a the Eaton corporate unit. Just my opinion
