Default '02, ta ls1

Morning from Alcoa, TN
I have an '02 TA, LS1 that has been dyno'd at 577hp and since an automatic that's about 690hp at the fly wheel. Vortec, V3, 215cc alum heads.
I know just wait'n to blow out the bottom end. But my current problem is I had torqued the 3.73 rear end diff. All GM stuff. What I'm trying to figure out is what do I replace it with? I want to keep the current set up, axles, tubes but go with a Detriot Locker diff. I've heard that the Locker is noisy and can lock up on you while making turns causing it to do a little crow hop, sounds like my '78, TA.
Any suggestions?

Thanks Rod

Just couldn't deal with the 7.5" factory diff. I knew everytime I hit the throttle I would see in my mind the rear end being torqued to the max.
I ordered a 9", TrueTrac, Moser from Texas Speed. I expect it to arrive next Tuesday hopefully Monday. Didn't want to spend the money but at least now I will have the confidence to run down the road.
