Where to buy T56 output yoke?

Where to buy T56 output yoke? I'd like to find a yoke where the u-joint bolts on to the yoke. It's tight under the Vette and I'm not sure that there's enough room to slide the DS back enough to get the yoke into the tranny. Do any sponsors (or anywhere else) carry a yoke that will work? (I thought I had heard that the 700R4 yoke will work too.)
