Default Can't install ABS sensor in new S60 HELP

Hello,

I'm installing a new S60 rear end and I cant get my ABS sensors to fit as they are bringing up the axle housing, has anyone had this problem??

Also does the small round bar sticking out from the ABS sensor go between the grooves on the reluctor ring?? Not exactly sure how it goes as one of my buddies disassembled this and his now offshore.

Thanks

Adam

Sometimes it helps to grind a little material off the inboard side of the sensor to help get it in the hole. The large axle bearing makes the tolerances very tight on the f-body 4ch setup.

The tip of the sensor will ride just over the top of the reluctor wheel, usually about .040-.060 gap

You've gotta loosen the 4 backing plate bolts which will give you enough wiggle room to install the sensors.
