Default Plz help asap!!!!!

Replacing axle bearing in my 99 t/a . Ready to reassembly . Heres the problem. When i removed the 5/16 bolt that holds in the spacer between the axles the spacer fell out before i could make note of which way to reinstall it. Fits both ways? Plz tell me what pic is the right way. Holes towards top or towards bottom. Thx

Be sure to replace the thrust plate retaining bolt (spacer bolt). It is torque to yield,
so I would replace it. Any GM dealer can get you one, they are $4.72.
