Best deal on new 9 inch Looking to replace my broken stock 10 bolt.
What is the best deal around on a new 9 inch? Going with a spool & 4.11's.
Any advice or personal experience with companies that build or sell them is appreciated.

You will often find that other companies will follow what the places that have already designed and tested what works, and is the best available.
