Bought a 7.5 posi from bone yard ended up being a 273 I am going to get a new ring and pinion set and put in existing rear to get car up and running going with ford 9 when it breaks so 342? Or 373? What is a good all around gear for 4l80? My truck has 410s and does ok on hywy but I always wanted to run 342 because they put them in gns. Must be a g body thing so my current rear is 323 Posi is 273 so I have to get series 2 ring and pinion set correct?
