Any tricks for turning off ASR light after rearend install?

Default Any tricks for turning off ASR light after rearend install?

just like the title says, i was wondering if there was any way to turn off the ASR light after my S60 install.....i already found a way to turn off the ABS INOP light (from another thread).....how did you guys do it?....if i have to i will pull the cluster out and either tape the light or bust the little led bulb, but i'd rather not

Well, have you disconnected the ASR/TSC computer thats mounted directly above the steering column? Gotta reach up under the dash and it can be a bit tricky to find but it's there. Seach for a picture of it for reference. Not saying this method will work but I have high hopes for you.

I have heard that you can pull the dash off and break the bulls or run a higher current through them to burn them out.
