Default 9" pops when in a bind...parking

I just noticed on the way to the dyno that when turning steep leaving a parking lot it will pop a little like the carrier is staying engaged. It's a mwc billet clutch posi. It does perfectly find except when parking or leaving a parking spot with the wheels turned deep. Is this normal and I never noticed it or am I about to experience a failure.

It might need a little more of the friction modifier fluid (like Motorcraft XL-3).

You DID install some (4 ounces) when you filled this axle, correct??

I did. I went to the ford dealer and got it. I may try adding another bottle before I take anything apart.

The stock "posi" in my '98 Dakota still chucks a bit & squeals the inner tire in sharp turns on hot pavement...
