I plan on swapping the complete steering column in my 2001 Camaro. I picked up a column from a junk yard for a 1997 Firebird , anyhow what I wanted to know is first of all will it fit as far as wiring etc. ? Second will the Body Control Module from my Camaro work with the column from the Firebird?

AFAIK the wiring should be the same. Are you planning to bypass VATS?
