I went today to get tires swapped and nd when the guy pulled off the left rear wheel he brought to my attention that this hub/cap is loose. It wobbles and turns but doesn't come out. ....what is it and how can I fix this. Im getting a clunk in the front end buti doubt it is caused by this. Can anyone help

The black and silver logo in the center is held on by adhesive. It covers the bolt that holds the register on the axle. You can remove the logo by carefully prying it out then remove the bolt. Install the bolt using loctite.
