Default Quick driveshaft question

I'm replacing the u-joints on my 96 trans am, and my question is are the u-joints 1310, 3R, or saginaw 44? I've gotten quite alot of conflicting information. And while I'm here, what brand? I like the Spicer u-joints as I havn't heard a soul say they regretted the purchase.

Pretty sure they are 3r but confused with 1310 often. I run precision 234 (spicer) non greasable joints on stock shafts.
