Default Help me solve my drive shaft mystery.

So a while back I bought a drive shaft for my moser 9inch to a t56. I didnt think anything of it at first because I trusted Speed Inc. I ran into some personal problems and my car sat for a while. Well now I go to finish my build and they sent me something that is way off. Its 6 inches shorter than the stock one. I understand I cant return it because of how long it has taken for me to notice the problem but I trusted them and they wont at least say hey im sorry we sent you blah blah blah so I can figure out what it is.

Here are some pictures of how short it is....that way I can at least try and resell it and get some money back.

It looks like about 3 inches shorter and that's probably correct.

Yea that's most definitely to short. I was sent one by another vendor that was a hair to short and it caused terrible vibrations. Speed inc screwed the pooch on that one. You said you have contacted them about it? I don't see why they wouldn't replace it. It hasn't gotten shorter over time lol

They are being incredibly difficult...first he assumed I didnt have a receipt to show what i was supposed to get. Then I sent him a picture of my receipt on my email. Every step of the way they have tried to push a new drive shaft down my throat and will not I mean will not even admit they sent me the wrong one. He basically told me I should have checked it the moment I got it...well my car wasnt done and I ran into problems...I trusted them to get me the right one the first time and now they wont stand behind their stuff.

You are about 2 1/8 shorter than what we would use but the slip yoke might also be longer than what we use but not by that much.

Are those dimensions within any of the dimensions for other driveshafts? Basically now I'm trying to figure out what it fits so I can sell it.

It would probably work with an S60 with a t56/4l60E but still be about .125 short by our measurements.

It's just an HD driveshaft from speed Inc....$417 uneeded dollars.....ugh. Hopefully someone can get a good use out of it.
