Default moser 12 bolt studs

i have a moser 12 bolt with stock moser studs.

which is the strongest studs...and size?

im using stock ws6 wheels with 295/45/17s

You can. but why not got 1/2"? They fit without drilling the wheels and they're slightly larger in diameter which makes them stronger. Bob

because then ill have to drill axles for the 1/2 inch to work.

#1- using wheels that use conical style lugs (bad) #2 using tiny studs with said wheels (worse)

they have a different type of lug nut that i can use?


still has to better than the stock lugs tho with using arp

No fenders are stock. Just need adj lower arms cause they gotta be perfectly centered.

I know this idea sucks but it may be required for safety and piece of mind.

This is correct. The style of clamping is where you increase or decrease youre shear strength of your stud. If you look at the link I posted I describe the differences and show what I did to help the situation...

Stock wheels use conical seat lugs, you cant change that. Drag wheels use a shank lug and washer, which is much better. Gotta change wheels to runs those.

I just searched ebay. stock is 12mm I believe.

Okay so the arp studs 2.5 ones and ur lugs should be fine without a issue

They will need to be an open ended lug to allow the long stud to pass through.
