Default Calibrate speedometer

I am about to swap 4:10 gears into my 99 trans am and trying to figure out the best way to recalibrate the speedometer so it reads accurately. What is the easiest and best solutions to this?

Find someone with hp tuners to flash in the new gears.

or buy a used Diablo predator u7198 for $100 and you can change gears on it too, plus it doubles as a code reader/scanner..
