Default Rear 3.73's and 3k stall converter upgrade

I just bought a 98 trans am, pretty much stock except for exhaust, 18" zo6 wheels, and lowered 2". I'm not going to go crazy modding but I would like to upgrade the rear to 3.73's and add a 3k to 3600 stall converter. My 87 gta 5.7 tpi already had the same mods done to it when I bought the car. Hitting the gas would throw you back in your seat and it was a real fun car to drive. My gta also seemed faster, definitely threw you back in your seat way harder than my ls1, so I wanted to do similar mods to my ls1 to get the same effect.

About how much am I looking at for each job? Just looking for a ballpark estimate so I can have an idea on what I need to save up. Thanks

Gears are rebuild kit are 300, labor could easily be 500. Stall will be 450-750, and I assume labor to be likely 500 again.

I would also like to add, you will need an external transmission cooler, also consider a race grade SF29 flexplate along with a transgo shift kit.
