Default Pinion nut torque question

Hey guy doing a gear swap in My camaro. My question is about the turn torque. I know it's 25 in pounds of tq for new bearing but do I do that with the carrier in or just the pinion?

You need a beam style torque wrench and its spinning torque in INCH pounds. Pinion only.
