hey guys i just want to say thanks for all you all do..and all the info here.
new to the fourm but read it a lot.

so this is what i got 1965 f100 swb with a 4.8 turbo swap 4l80 trans.. i would like to do this once lol..overall tire diameter is 29'' with this combo what gearing would be ideal? again thanks guys

Turbos like load, so go higher than what you'd think for n/a. I'd consider a 3.25:1 gear, it'll load your engine and only turn 1975 @ 70 mph. A 3.50:1 gear will turn a bit more at 2125...

thanks for the responce..will do i would not have guessed would have thought 4:10 for quick spool but want it to cruse well too...so ill order 3:50:1 are you famillar with these trucks at all by chance?
