I think the break in is pretty simple.
For Street:
1. Just a 2 -3 minutes in forward and reverse up on jack stands.
2. Drive it around for about 10 miles and accelerate and decelerate at normal rates. and then let it cool for 1 hour.
For Drag racing, do step 1 above
Pull to the line

The only problem I am having is that I don't think my pinion angle is right. I eyeballed it and it is pretty close. At least it is close enough that the U-joint isn't making noise like it was when I first installed it.
I am going to have to buy one of those pinion angle gauges to set it right.
Oh yea, congrats on the install!

wasnt bad at all. i had to lower my exhaust a bit cause it was hitting the DS. stock style exhaust shouldnt have a problem though. also the sway bar was hitting the t/a mount so i had to rotate back a bit. other than that pretty straight foward.
get a friend to help cause that bitch is heavy. my back hurts so bad today

Mine didn't come with a U-joint, but I bought the center section seperate. I got the U-joint from the LSITech parts dept. (Parts for sale)
I would think that most of the sponsors on here would sell you the correct U-joint with the rearend package if you asked?

Go ahead and plan on buying a drive shaft... mine died on the first launch at the track on ET streets with the 12 bolt.. cost me $$$ for a damn rollback ride home.

good to see you got it in tally
you will learn to love it trust me, and the first run down the track you love it even more , and still drive home
cograts man
as for break in, jack stand runs, few street runs, for heat cycles
then let it fly
