Spools are very streetable, just know you got one and dont drive like an idiot.

never heard of a spool for our 10-bolts... I doubt they're even made. Main reason? they're not streetable with 28 spline axles. To run a spool you should be at least 30+ splines (splines are directly related to the circumfrence of the axle... meaning higher spline count = larger and stronger axle).
You might be able to find a 28-spline mini-spool that fits inside a stock carrier, but that's a stretch and would most likely only be intended for class-limited race applications.

There are mini spools for 28 spline 7-5/8 axles. I wouldnt reccomend them for any street use though. The are very hard on axles, even under normal driving. They add a lot of torsional stress under cornering, even at very low speeds. A sticky radial with no sidewall give would twist the axle on every turn. After a while the axle weakens and snaps. Straight line driving would be similar to a stiff posi or locker. They are mainly designed for circle track racing, and a lot of racing bodies out there mandate 7.5/7.6 rears, so they are out there.

Because your wheels are turning on a 1:1 ratio your tires have to give around corners. It creates alot of stress on your axles. I personally run 35 gundrilled splines in my spooled daily driver.

They are out there, because I have sold plenty of them. All the ini spools are c-clip compatible, only the full spools aren't. When I get to work tommorow I will find some info.

I for one trust the guy 100%...For only $100 more than the group purchase deal, you can go with Strange's 'Pro' differential.

The mini spool we are going to make is still in the sample stage and should be here in a copuple of months. The other company that was making them is out of them for 90-120 days, since racing season is coming to a close.
