Default LPE drive shaft and moser

jus had my moser put in...everyone said i would need a napa 447 ujoint. bbut the funny thing is that my ujoint fit perfectly.... is this right?

btw I have a LPE 3.5 driveshaft....

will someone let me kn ow if this is ok.. or should i buy the ujoint lpe says i need??? i do ;get some whining noise on accel...thanks!

If it fits perfect why you have to buy anotherone? Anyways LPE have to use a good
u join for there 3.5"ds and if you use the factory one with fact. ds is ok with the Moser.So why you have to use a diferentone????Just my .02cents

well im wondering if im getting the noise..becausse the wrong u joint is on..plus i find it fishy..why everyone and there mother...gets a different ujoint..with a 12 bolt..and mine jus happens to fit??? i guess i was thinking i was getting noise..because it may be too tight!

does it just fit or does it fit right? The stock u-joint will fit in a 1350 yoke but it will have some side to side play and you will be able to see how the cap is too small for the u-bolt that holds it in. Does your new rear have u-bolts and nuts or straps and bolts like the stock rear?

hmmm not too sure.... looks like people are suggesting a napa 448 ujoint...maybe i should swap that in jus in case

The LPE shaft uses a 1330 I believe so the 448 should work fine if your rear has a 1350 yoke.

then a precision 448 is what you need, napa probably uses the same numbers.
