Default how muxh are rear axles?

anyone have any prices and reccomendations on some decent rear axles to upgrade to on an ls1 camaro or firebird?

Moser makes good, 25-30% stronger-than-stock HD c-clip 28 spline axles for the LS1 Camaro and Firebird. They start at $225 per pair for a 3 channel rear setup-(no traction control). Axles set up for the 4 channel traction control equipped cars are more expensive. You can buy direct from Moser, or a Board Sponsor. WJ

Why dont you just buy the whole rearend .

well i was thinkin of doing the entire rear end. i don't have an ls1 fbody yet. but was putting together a parts list to get an idea of what its gonna cost to get what i want..and be able to do it without worrying about breakin stuff easily.

if you are worrying about breaking stuff you better go ahead and get a 12-bolt or 9"
