What gear ratio usually comes in a 02 z28 6spd? Or how can I find out what car has in it?

Open the drivers side door and look in the door jam on the end of the door. there will be a list of codes/options. Look for one of the following codes...

GU2 Axle Ratio 2.73, Rear
GU4 Axle Ratio 3.08, Rear
GU5 Axle Ratio 3.23, Rear
GU6 Axle Ratio 3.42, Rear

You probably have 3.42s
